Sour Cream Noodle Bake
My husband could not stop raving about this Sour Cream Noodle Bake that I made for our family dinner last night. He took one bite and his eyes lit up with delight at the delicious flavors bursting in his mouth. It was such a satisfying moment to see him enjoy the dish so much.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and cook noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.
- In a baking dish, layer cooked noodles, ground beef, soup mixture, and cheeses.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
