Sour Cream Noodle Bake

My husband could not stop raving about this Sour Cream Noodle Bake that I made for our family dinner last night. He took one bite and his eyes lit up with delight at the delicious flavors bursting in his mouth. It was such a satisfying moment to see him enjoy the dish so much.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and cook noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.
  4. In a baking dish, layer cooked noodles, ground beef, soup mixture, and cheeses.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
