CROCK POT PEPPER STEAK

Ingredients:

1 pound beef stew meat
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

1. In a 3-quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients.
2. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or until beef is tender.
