Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ziti pasta
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked ziti pasta to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Pour half of the marinara sauce into the prepared baking dish, then add the pasta and cheese mixture on top.
  6. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the pasta and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
