Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground beef

- 2 cans (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cans (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2-3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the pot. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
- Add the kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, sugar, black pepper, oregano, and paprika. Stir well.
- Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
