°1/4 cup sugar
°3/4 teaspoon salt
°1 1/2 tsp baking powder
°1 tsp cinnamon
°1/3 c milk
°1 egg
°1 c apple
° 2 cups powdered sugar
° 1 1/2 tablespoons milk

Mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir milk and eggs until homogeneous. Fold in the apple. Pour the oil into a frying pan so that it is about 1 1/2 deep. Hot oil over high heat. The oil is ready when a little dough floats on top. Carefully add the dough to the oil in a heap of teaspoons. Cooking until browned, for 2 minutes, then flip. Cook again for a minute or two, until both sides turn brown. Transfering to paper towels to absorb excess oil, & transfering to cooling rack. Make the glaze by stirring the milk and powdered sugar together in a small bowl. Sprinkle over apple pies. Wait about 3 minutes for the glaze to harden, then flip the patties and sprinkle the glaze on the other side.
