Classic Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients:
- 1 package of refrigerated pie crusts
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 2/3 cup milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk. Cook and stir until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
