Baileys Irish Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and Bailey’s Irish Cream.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop the dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until they are lightly golden around the edges.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve the cookies and enjoy!
