Protein Brownies

Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together applesauce, honey, almond butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
