Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet onions
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes

- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
