Cheesy Baked Ziti

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ziti pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- 2. Cook ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
- 4. Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- 5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked ziti, meat sauce, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Mix well.
- 6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheeses on top.
- 7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
