Best Pasta Salad
My husband couldn’t stop raving about this Best Pasta Salad at our family dinner last night. He said it was the highlight of the meal and begged me to make it again soon. I couldn’t have been more delighted to see my family enjoying every bite of this delicious salad.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound fusilli pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, feta cheese, and basil.
- Pour the balsamic vinaigrette over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
