Ingredients:
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together cream cheese, butter, and sugar until smooth.

- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
