EASY TACO CASSEROLE
Taco salad is a classic dinner recipe. Today’s recipe is a variation of this meal, but in the form of a stew – taco stew.

Yes, this Taco Potluck casserole is so delicious and has all the flavors of taco salad, making it a family favorite. We made it years ago and almost forgot about it until we made it again recently. We forgot how delicious it was and wanted to make sure you could try this easy taco cooking recipe.

The cookie and ground beef base taste just like fries and beef in a regular taco salad and the toppings give it the same taste as the fries and beef in a regular taco salad. You can add all the ingredients you like, but we usually add sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and olives!

Ingredients:

6 cups of corn tortilla chips

2 cups of vegetarian chili with beans

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

2 cups of shredded lettuce

2 small slices (virgin) Roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped

½ cup of salsa

¼ cup sour cream

Ingredients:

Instructions : 

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step 2: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place fries in the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish. Pour the chili directly from the can over the fries. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Step 3: Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven until the chili boils and the cheese is melted. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and salsa in the pan or after serving (if people are fussy).
